Princess Quote of the Day

We took a walk tonight. It's nice outside now that it's not so warm and humid. The humidity is still there (at least if you've spent your whole life in the desert), but it's not nearly as bad as it was a few weeks ago. We're trying to teach Pixie how to walk on a leash - she seems to figure it out after about half a mile.

Anyway, we were walking, and it was twilight, and The Princess was admiring the moon that could be seen through the millions of trees we have here.

She looks at us and says, "It's so beautiful out here. I wish I could be a moon up in the sky!"

Maybe it was cuter in her almost-five-year-old voice, but Sasquatch and I both looked at each other and decided it was one for the quote book.
